Cross continued his winning ways in 2016 by taking Champion in every one of the 4 shows he was evaluated in and Judge's Choice at 2016 GWAS. We sheared him in 2015 and his re-growth was nothing short of spectacular - locks organized to the skin, outstanding luster, superior staple length, a wonderful silky hand and a solid,a regal stance that says....."Show me the girls!"
His melt-in-your-hand fleece makes dreams of soft silky fabric in a beautiful carmel color a reality. He's the total package and he's working in our herd. We are so in love with this girl's personality - very friendly, laid back, and just plain a joy to have on the farm. Her fiber carries density and fineness, along with plenty of luster to spare. Judges always comment on her fineness and luster. This year she sheared 7 lbs. total with a 4.6 lb. blanket - very impressed with her fleece production.
