Pacifica's Katinka

Fantastic female producer!
Katinka is a lovely dark fawn fleece, excellent conformation and bone. She consistently presents us with outstanding cria and I don't know if I can really quantify the value she has added to our herd. Merrimac's Zoe, Shiva, Kiska, Trinity and Matisse are all her offspring. She's easy to breed, an easy birther, a spectacular mom to her babies and out of the 7 cria she’s had for us, 5 have been girls!!

Katinka is currently being bred to our multi color champ, Luc's Captain Kirk. She is currenlty rejecting the male but has not been confirmed pregnant via ultrasound. We expect that she is pregnant and that she'll deliver another great cria in May/June next year. We're kind of spoiled with Tinka...we have had 8 fantastic and productive years with her. She si extremely healthy and sweet. She pronks around the pastures like a cria. She has added immense value to our herd over the years. It is very difficult for us to put her on the sales list but we have 3 daughters, a couple of granddaughters and and more to come. Tinka has a lot of great years of production left in her. We're confident that she will prove herself as valuable to her new owner as she has been to us. She's really a treasure.

Kirk is a wonderful silver gray male. Kirk's fleece exhibits a tight, high frequency crimp from tip to base and is uniform throughout his blanket. He repeatedly receives comments on his superb fineness and handle. His sire is the famous Dom Lucilio and his grandsire is Pperuvian Royal Fawn. Royal Fawn is the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda's herd. 'According to Julio Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one of the best that he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru.' Dom Lucilio has had 286 cria registered; only 9 are silver gray. It is a rare opportunity to have these genetics in Gray. What a great opportunity to add these great genetics to your herd. Both Dom Luclio and Peruvian Royal Fawn have $5,000 breeding fees.
