Elsie Mae by Rasta Man
Suri, Female, Unproven | True Black
ARI# 31584043, D.O.B. 6/21/2009, 3/8 Peruvian, 3/8 Bolivian, 1/4 Chilean
Sire: Wp Captain's Rasta Man ARI#
30011502 Medium Brown 5/8 Bolivian, 3/8 Peruvian - My, oh, my, take a look at this guy!! Rasta Man exhibits exceptional luster, tiny twisted locks, density, and that very typey suri head. He has the stamp of his sire, Captain Morgan, written all over his handsome suri body! Judges across the country have commented on his density & lock, as can be seen by his show record.
Rasta is a full brother to both Dominator (sold to Gail Campbell-Ameripaca, as a weanling) and Vashti who sold at the 2005 Futurity Auction for $56,000! This combination is obviously a winning one and Rasta Man is following in the footsteps of his siblings.
Rasta Man's first cria are on the ground - check them out and reserve your breeding today!
Dam: Titania of Uranus ARI#
20019280 True Black 1/4 Bolivian, 1/2 Chilean, 1/4 Peruvian - Titania is a true black daughter of King Kong with Peruvian Fuego on her dam's side. She sports a fine pearl lock with nice luster and handle. Her "total look" is graceful and statuesque. Add a very typey suri head and Titania is a complete suri "package".
Titania has previously produced 3 cria - a true black male sired by Captain's Black Label, a true black female sired by Captain's Rasta Man, and a medium fawn female sired by Carbon Fiber, a Torbio son. She is currently bred to Locksmith, a medium fawn Macgyver son and due 6/12.
Description
Elsie Mae is a maiden female ready to go to work in your colored suri breeding program. Her grandsires include Captain Morgan, Avanger, Peruvian Fuego and King Kong. Need we say more? This girl definitely has it going on in her genes!
Her dam has produced 2 true blacks and a medium fawn, all out of different herdsires. Her sire, Captain's Rasta Man, has produced 7 cria for us and the girls have the upper hand (5 out of 7) Given the colored genetics and production behind Elsie, we would expect her to produce color when bred to color. She has a very soft fleece with a nice hand and we would recommend breeding her to either Bet on Black or Mister Accoyo All That & More (ATM). Either of these boys (or any of our other proven herdsires) are available for breeding at $750/each with Elsie Mae's purchase. Or, if you choose to breed her to one of our up and coming junior herdsires, breeding fee is reduced to $500 with her purchase.
