Compass Rose is the daughter of Annabeth, our Champion grey female and our former Champion Herdsire, CCNF Wayfarer (we say former as he is in Norway now). In fact, Compass’s maternal line (her dam, and her granddam) represent the only grey alpacas in our entire herd of 250+ alpacas.

Though Compass Rose has indisputably beautiful fleece and the numbers to back that statement up (18.8 AFD, 3.7 SD, 19.8 CV) she also unfortunately had a bite as a younger animal that kept her from receiving the accolades that she almost undoubtedly would have otherwise. That said, she will be joining us again on the fall 2015 show circuit. We offer her for sale with a future breeding to any CCNF Herdsire. If the buyer elects to take that breeding with a wholly-owned CCNF male (hint: Matrix Majesty, Centurion, and Maestro all qualify), the breeding would in fact be fully transferable and may be used with any female the buyer owns.
