Sire: Bisturi ARI# Grey
Dam: El Dorado Midnight Madness ARI#
1225532 Bay Black Maddy, was born after Midnight, an unexpected surprise. She exhibits density, long legs, perfect bite and great color genetics. Her silver gray sire, Aussie Rockford has produced many champions. We dream about her future breeding potential. Maddy produced an awsome female cria for us out of Bisturi, a dark rose grey male. This cria looks jet black, but actually may have some dark grey fibers in her fleece. We will have to wait and see. Maddy, birthed easily, and nursed her first born cria without any problems. She was then bred to MSA Peruvian Brunello and gave us another female this spring. This pairing produced a powerhouse of genetics not to mention incredible fleece, color, bone and density. We are truly blown away by this new female's color. She looks to be an inverted appaloosa, but may turn into a rose grey. Can't wait to shear her and see what she really is. Part of our "Black Pack".
Congrats to Donna and Dennis Morris of LUV R PACAS on the purchase of this beautiful female!
Description
This young maiden is one of the finest fleeced blacks we have ever produced. She has the Bisturi head, and her dam is out of Aussie Rockford. She had tons of grey behind her and should be a great producer for your farm. 2009 fiber stats were fantastic, 19.3 micron, SD 4.4, CV 22.5% fibers >than 30% 2.5% and on a bay black girl! Part of our "Black Pack".
Our thought on breeding her would be to our El Dorado Gold Panner, who with his fine crimpy fleece, beautiful head type and full coverage, should prove to be an outstanding award winning cria.
Congrats to Donna and Dennis Morris of LUV R Pacas on purchasing this fine black female!
