Foundation White Dam
River's Ruby Tuesday
Huacaya, Female, Unproven | White, Beige
ARI# 32521580, D.O.B. 7/11/2013,
Sire: Infinitos Sabado Noche ARI#
31066594 White Sabado is fully loaded! He is a male carrying so much to add to your females. He has fineness, consistency of micron, uniformity across the blanket, extremely long staple, and beautiful structure... and that is just the fleece! I see no point in going on and on about his stellar phenotype and studly style, just look at his pictures. He can do all the talking there!
Enough of Sadabo, lets take a look at his pedigree. It really does not get much better. All of the studs on his ARI are males that have proven themselves to produce consistent characteristics on all their cria. These elite sires are El Nino, Snowmaster, Ion, Caligula, Guellermo, Redeemer, and Raindance! Enough of the boys. Take a look at these girls. Hands down the best line-up of dams I have seen on one ARI. These females are world class! Sunipani, Snowmass Edelweis, Peruvian Edelweis, and Peruvian Ioalia and (one of our best) Breeze are all feeding into this stud!
So how strong do these genetics run in Sabado? Every female he has bred have had greatly improved cria. They all have awesome phenotypes with low and consistent microns. At a recent 2013 show, I was color checking when I came across a yearling white after seeing about 100 animals. Before the ARIs were hung, before I even new the animals name or the farm he came from, I leaned to my partner, Cheri Brown of Mission Ridge Alpacas, and said "I think that is a Sabado cria." It was! Actually, his first cria! The owners had purchased him from the people who originally owned the dam. That is how strong his genetic is. Recognizable even through the largest of blinders. This boy is a production machine!
We have kept him to ourselves for as long as we possibly can, as he is one of our favorites but the dreaded time has come! As much as it pains me to say, Sabado is to closely related to our core herd and we have to introduce a new genetic line. Our sad news creates a huge opportunity for you to improve your program and start to bring in the business!
Dam: Andina's Marni ARI#
31658508 Beige Andina Marni is a pleasing young proven dam. Her fiber is fine with all the attributes you would want in a female. Marni's EPD are at or better than the national herd values for the majority of fiber traits.
Marni is an easy keeper, she is easy to handle and very gentle. Marni had difficulty conceiving this past spring and hence we have priced her at pet quality and to a good home. This does not mean she will not conceive at a later time. She is proven with 2 normal pregnancies and 2 normal deliveries.
Marni has a histogram that is well above the national average. Marni's AFD at age 5 is a fine at 21. She has a very distinctive head with ideal conformation. We were pleasantly surprised when we realized after purchase that she has EPDs with many values improved over the average norming herd values. Her accuracy is high assuring she will deliver on the EPD trait improvement to her offspring. Marni is in the 10-20th improvement percentiles for nearly all traits. A very nice, well rounded improvement fiber determination for her offspring.

Service Sire: MSA Hemingway's Bogart_deleted_1/7/2024 8:44:39 PM ARI#
828970 White Due Date: 3/2/2017 What can you say about Hemingway's Bogart other than he is renowned, WAS a one of a kind potent herdsire. Bogie's EPDs rival the best in the world. Bogart could challenge any young stud head to head for histogram results. After 18 years, his longevity is exemplary with his 2019 histogram at 22 AFD and an SD of 4.0 and CV of 17. Bogart is the direct descendant and on of Sire MSA Hemingway G171.
We are very proud to have added this Hemingway son, to our small but genetically mighty white alpacas. Bogie is renowned for his remarkable, and extremely rare, combination of flawless fine fleece, genetic superiority and flawless fineness sustained thus far to the end of his second decade. He passed all this fleece trait production to his offspring.
Compare Bogie to any male alpaca in AOA's EPD database and you will find he is superior to over 99% of all other for longevity of fineness and uniformity. Not only is Bogie superior, but because of his longevity as a herdsire, his accuracy values for each EPD trait is the highest in the database. This insures for you the customer, will be getting the improvement you expect. To go along with his outstanding EPDs, his follicle biopsy results insures density in his offspring. At age 12 he carries a DENSITY OF 60.4/MM, SECONDARY TO PRIMARY RATION OF 10.8:1 AND MEAN SECONDARY FIBER DIAMETER OF 21 AND STANDARD DEVIATION OF 2.5. Imagine what he was like at 2 years of age.
BOGART IS OFFICIALLY RETIRED. IT IS TOO UNCOMFORTABLE TO BREED. HE HAS BEEN SUCH A SPECIAL ALPACA TO DAVE AND I. WE WISH WE COULD CLONE HIM.
Description
As a progressive breeder we wanted to integrate PCA ACCOYO EL NINO IN our breeding program. For that purpose we bought Andina's Marni who was bred to INFINITOS SABADO NOCHE, grandson of El Nino. This beautiful girl is the product of that decision. Should she not sell at this reasonable price we will integrate her into our present breeding program as a breeding dam when she matures. Until that time she will stay for sale. Ruby has fiber with all the characters necessary for a foundation dam.
Sabado Noche's pedigree is a whose who of premier elite herdsires. Each proven to produce offspring of superior phenotype and genetic potentials. Infinity Alpaca Ranch description of Sabado reads "All of the studs on his (Sabado's) ARI are males that have proven themselves to produce consistent characteristics on all their cria. These elite sires are El Nino, Snowmaster, Ion, Caligula, Guellermo, Redeemer, and Raindance!
Buy this promising young dam from Colusa Riverside Alpacas, be assured of exceptional service before during and after the sale. Oh by the way, the sale will also come with a breeding to Our Herdsire Prophecy. Ruby's E.P.D.s are above average in fiber traits. She is in the 20th percentile in almost all her traits. She is better than the national herd norm in 7 of the 9 fiber trait measurements. These traits are considered by some to be the most relevant in fiber production. The accuracy of each of these E.P.D.s is also high indicating she will breed true to her EPD predictions. Her accuracy will improve even more with her offspring and relatives being entered into the AOA EPD databases in the next few years. We plan to breed her to Bogie. This pairing will improve fineness and keep the density both these alpacas share.
Ruby's histogram is totally respectable for her to become a foundation dam. At 2 years of age she at 19 microns and all other values consistent with baby fine and or royal alpaca fleece. See her 2015 Histogram on her homepage.
